It’s easy to implement our Guest Purchase program and requires minimal ongoing efforts from your hotel staff. Serta will provide your properties with various marketing materials such as pillow cards, mini tent cards and directory inserts to maximize program awareness with your guests.
Here’s how it works:
- Your guest inquires about the mattress they enjoyed in their room.
- A hotel staff member refers the guest to our dedicated Serta Guest Purchase Toll-Free phone number 1-877-HOTEL-40 or email email@example.com for more information or to purchase.
- Serta supplies the guest with all the product and purchase details including the option to include a metal bed frame with their order.
- If the guest would like to proceed with the order, the transaction would then be processed through Serta.
- Your guest’s new Serta mattress set is delivered with our ‘Gold Service’ which includes: two-person delivery, unpacking, set-up and safe disposal of old bedding and debris.
- Your property will receive referral bonuses for each guest purchase referred by your hotel based on the mattress size.
